How does it work

®The training time is scheduled between trainer and delegates

®The training delegates all view one pc on site (preferably board room must have broadband connection) into which the trainer is connected (from a remote location) and has control over.

®The trainer is on speaker phone (where available) explaining what is being done on screen.

®The delegates can see what is being demonstrated by the trainer and ask questions as required
