How to send and import files to dictation modules

On the side of sender
1. Right-click on file that has to be sent, go to Send File-> E-mail, left click on email

2. On the Set e-mail destination screen, click on TO to select the recipient

3. On the Select recipient, if any exists, left click on recipient and click on TO:-> and then click on OK.

or if none exists, click on New Contact, and type in the name and email address, and finish with click on OK. Then continue with the start of step 3

4. On the Set e-mail destination screen (step 2), click on Send, to prepare the file for sending.

5. On the main screen of dictation unit, click on the Send/Receive files to send the file.

On the side if recipient:
1.    Save the file from email to desktop.
2.    Click on the menu File-> Import File …

3.    On the Import File screen, navigate to the desktop, check the After importing the file, delete the original on the bottom, and double click on file. The file should be now on the list of  file.
